True Flooring did us an amazing floor throughout our whole downstairs. It was a big job taking all the old floors up and levelling everywhere. The end result is truly stunning and I would like to thank Dean and his team for providing us with such a lovely floor that we will enjoy for years to come.

We've used True Flooring a couple of times now - for our bedroom and for our lounge, hall, stairs and landing. Dean was very informative, patient and really went that extra mile - dropping off multiple samples as our requirements changed, and doing extra little bits for us (including fixing squeaky floorboards and getting the flooring nice and flat before fitting the carpets). The few snags we had were rectified very quickly and without complaint. Thanks to the team for their great work!

Dean and his team have done an excellent job for me on our flooring. We opted for Karndean in herringbone layout on the whole ground floor.. everyone who visits makes a great comment as it looks amazing! The lads worked really hard, clean to a high standard. I will 100% be using them again and highly recommend True Flooring. Thanks Dean.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for Dean & the True Flooring Team

We’ve just had our projected carpeted by Dean and the team at True Flooring, and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish.

Their workmanship is flawless — every space looks immaculate, with beautiful attention to detail and a finish that genuinely elevates. Dean’s communication was brilliant throughout: clear, reliable, and reassuring. The team were punctual, respectful, and worked with impressive speed without ever compromising on quality.

What really stood out was how easy they made the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, they handled challenges with total professionalism, and they left the house spotless at the end of each day.

True Flooring are everything you hope for when bringing trades into a project: trustworthy, skilled, friendly, and dedicated to delivering excellence. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would recommend Dean and his team without hesitation.

Highly recommend.

Just had lounge carpet laid by True Flooring, could not be happier. Had them back after they laid hard flooring to hall, loo and kitchen and did a great job. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
